BI-CENTENNIAL DEVELOPMENT, INC. was incorporated on June 8, 2005, but its beginnings date back to the 1980’s when Engineer Dionisio Natividad established Ophir Construction Corporation.
The company chalked up an impressive record as it won development contracts from Fil-Estate, a leading real estate developer in the Philippines. Among the land development projects the Company did for Fil-Estate were the following well-known developments. Under Fil-Estate, the company had concluded land developments of their various projects such as Kingsborough Subdivision, Manila Southwoods Subdivision, Forest Hills Subdivision, Palmridge Pointe, Caliraya Springs, Laguna to name a few.
With Megaworld, BI-CENTENNIAL had successfully delivered Golfhill Terraces, The Eastwood Lafayette 1, 2 & 3, The Eastwood Excelsior 1 & 2 and The Grand Eastwood Palazzo in Eastwood City. Being in the construction business for more than 20 years, over 9 years have been spent doing vertical projects and over 11 years for horizontal projects.
