BI-CENTENNIAL DEVELOPMENT, INC. was incorporated on June 8, 2005, but its beginnings date back to the 1980’s when Engineer Dionisio P. Natividad established Ophir Construction Corporation.

The Company chalked up an impressive record as it won development contracts from Fil-Estate Properties Inc., a leading real estate developer in the Philippines. Among the land development projects the Company did for Fil-Estate were the following well-known developments: Manila Southwoods in Carmona, Cavite; Forest Hills Subd. in Antipolo City; Palmridge Pointe in  Talisay, Batangas; Caliraya Springs in Caliraya, Laguna; and Kingsborough Subd. in Malabon City, Buenavista Hills Subd. in Tagaytay City, Sherwood Hills Subd. in Trece Martirez, Cavite; Grand Park Subd. in Las Pinas City; Laguna Hills Subd. in Calamba, Laguna and Parkridge Estate Subd. in Antipolo City.

With Megaworld Corporation, BI-CENTENNIAL had successfully delivered Golfhill Terraces, The Eastwood Lafayette 1, 2 & 3, The Eastwood Excelsior 1 & 2 and The Grand Eastwood Palazzo in Eastwood City. Being in the construction business for more than 20 years now, over 9 years have been spent doing vertical projects and over 11 years for horizontal projects.

Bi-Centennial Works, Inc. (BCWI), morphed from Ophir Construction Corporation. It has been in the construction business since 1988 and was primarily engaged in horizontal construction particularly land development of various subdivision projects in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. It has expanded in 1998 when it started to engage in vertical construction. Since then, the construction firm specializes not only in various land development projects but also in the construction of multiple storey buildings.

Bi-Centennial Works, Inc. became the immediate forerunner of BI-CENTENNIAL DEVELOPMENT, INC. The corporate name has changed to reflect its expanding scope, to include real estate development of its own and not merely as contractor for other developers. For its maiden project, Mountain House Baguio is a 12-hectare subdivision in Baguio City is worth P 300M; thus, it now has become a TOTAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY with projects in the pipeline worth 10 BILLION PESOS.

Completed Projects

Completed projects with Megaworld Corporation from 1998 up to present are seven (7) buildings or a total of about 150-storey high in Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City and another four (4) cluster condominium buildings, (two 5-storey and two 7-storey), in Mckinley Garden Villas, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

BCWI also completed land development projects of over 500 hectares of various residential subdivisions with Fil-Estate Properties, Inc.
